Meeting Room Booking Details


*Special requirements such as multimedia projector, screen and/or refreshments will be at an additional cost


  • Rooms are available from 7:00am to 5pm daily, in one hour slots.
  • There is no guarantee that your time slot will be available and you will be advised upon receipt of your request, based on the schedule.
  • Tradeshow exhibitors will be given preference for use of the Toco Room. The room is only open to other conference delegates if not in use by an exhibitor and must be confirmed in advance at the Conference Secretariat. The cost per hour for use of the multimedia projector and screen is TT$500 plus VAT.
  • If special requirements are required then payment will be as follows:
    •  ECTT Members will be invoiced
    •  Non-ECTT members will be required to provide credit card details to facilitate payment.
  • Users are responsible for keeping and leaving the meeting room tidy, neat and in good condition.
  • Should there be any damage to the rooms or any unexpected issues occurring during the booked period, the users should report to the Conference Secretariat immediately. Users will be responsible for the cost of such damage.
